Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza to Open in Bradenton on August 21

Fresh, high-quality Italian cuisine makes its debut in Bradenton this summer with Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza. The highly anticipated opening is scheduled for Monday, August 21, 11 a.m. at the new location on the northeast corner of State Road 70 E. and Lorraine Road on the border of East Bradenton and  Lakewood Ranch. Spanning an impressive 3,600 square feet, this culinary gem promises to tantalize taste buds and ignite a new era of Italian food appreciation —a vibrant blend of community and cuisine.

“Whether you are looking for a quick lunch, a nice dinner to catch up with friends or picking up a meal to-go for the family, Piesanos is your place,” stated Jerry Roberts, co-owner of Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza. "We are thrilled to welcome Bradenton and the Lakewood Ranch community through our doors."

Guests of Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza will enjoy craveable signature Piesanos rolls that are complimentary with every dine-in order, perfectly stone-fired pizzas, calzones stuffed with amazing flavor combinations, the comfort of a pasta, or other chef-inspired takes on Italian staples. Piesanos proudly uses only the finest ingredients available, including Grande® premium mozzarella, ricotta and Romano cheeses. The pizza dough is made fresh daily and baked in a unique granite stone fired pizza oven, while the Rigatoni Alla Vodka and Rigatoni Bolognese are prepared with pasta imported from Italy. For those seeking to indulge their dessert cravings, Piesanos offers a variety of mouthwatering sweets, including spumoni, cheesecake, cannoli, tiramisu, and scrumptious cakes.

“We believe that quality is at the heart of great experiences,” Roberts continues. “At Piesanos, you’ll taste the passion and pride that makes it possible.”

As part of the celebration, Piesanos will host a fundraiser for Manatee County Habitat for Humanity, which builds safe, affordable, interest-free homes for local families in need. From Friday, August 18 to Saturday, August 19, 50% of alcohol sales will be donated to the nonprofit during their Friends & Family pre-opening activities.

The design of the 3,600-square-foot venue enables patrons to enjoy Piesanos both indoors and outdoors, providing ample seating that can be tailored to accommodate any size of gathering. The restaurant also offers a comprehensive bar service featuring a selection of 12 draft beers and a well-curated assortment of quality wines available by both the glass and the bottle for certain selections. For those who prefer to get their Piesanos’ meal to go, the restaurant has a dedicated takeout entrance that will allow for easy access for guests who are picking up their orders. Catering services are available for groups ranging from 8 to 800 people.
